Radeon 9000 on UP2000 - again!

No hang or crash, it'll continue to run the 2D stuff.

It just complains about something like "drmAddMap failure" or some
such. I'll try to dig up the log and post it.

Note that this is NOT just a Radeon 9100 problem; 7500 acts the same.

It's similar to problems we had to solve when making XFree86 4.1.0
work in RH 7.2 for Alpha... :-\
