gnopernicus

hi does anyone know where gnopernicus stores it's files relating to 
synthesisers and voices and the like?
I've got gnome working and gnopernicus comes up fine but no talking.
I'm using festival and gnopernicus according to my sighted partner says 
it's using the gnome festival speech driver but I can't find anywhere 
where I can edit by hand or read over to see if anything's a miss.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
