Playing Audiobooks at a faster speed than usual

I do plan to add real-time controls, but I have to figure
out first how to run the MAD decoder asynchronously.
Another feature that is already on my TODO list is adding the
ability to seek into a track with a time-index, and play
only a certain amount of time.
