elba users manual

1.41 is the latest firmware-- although there is a beta available as
well.  Both of these are available from the Papenmeier site directly
with links such as
http://www.papenmeier.de/service/reha/service/drivers/ELba_us_rev1-41.zip
or for the beta ELba_us_rev1-5b6.zip .
