installing redhat 9

Hello!
ok, you said that you needed more spesific information about the
program, so here you go.
The program I want to run is a mud engine found at:
www.valhalla.com
can you take a look on it and see if you can get this to work under
fedora?
It is because of this I want redhat, and festival doesn't want to
compile under fedora, but under redhat it does
