Problems with Postfix

Hello,

Since I am deaf-blind, e-mail is crucial for both personal and business
purposes. For several months I have been using Postfix, but a few servers
reject my messages. Recently my ISP (Charter) closed port 25 on their
servers as an anti-spam measure. now I can't send e-mail at all with
Postfix. However, I have gotten it working on my Elba with no trouble. Any
suggestions for postfix would be greatly appreciated.
