Textareas with lynx

Hi Listers!

I wonder if it is possible to add new lines in a textarea with lynx. The 
problem is, that i want for example edit my mails via a webinterface. If 
I answer a mail and want to quote the message I have to add new lines 
between the already written lines.

Is this possible somehow with lynx? I can't find any parameter in the 
lynx.cfg file that looks helpful for me :-(.
