Info about events for linux and blind people

Hello, 
I'd like to know if there is any events for linux and blind around the Europe.
Last year, I went to Germany at the linuxtag and it was really interesting,
but I don't understand if this year 
there is something about blind at this meeting.
Is there any ohter meeting for blind about linux?
