bitlbee for msn with sound

Hello all,
for msn, I am using bitlbee with irssi as chat-program
It works fine but, I would like to have a sound when a new message is
comming to me.
I mean: I would like a action to play e.g. a wav-file evry time a
message is comming to me on the bitlbee channel (private or public)
Can someone say me if this is possible and give me some
configuration-suggestions ?
