ubuntu rsync question

What would be a good rsync command to use to download lucid-i386.iso? 
That's ubuntu's current image and I need to do an rsync for that file 
because wget did not download anything useful.  If I can rsync against it, 
I'll be able to clean it up.  I got asked to do this by another friend 
earlier today and I've been searching for some time today and haven't yet 
been able to find lucid-i386.iso on the rsync mirror over at anl.gov yet.
