Dos screen reading package with braille output needed

Nope, braille didn't hit Jaws until it got on Windows.

Christian said he couldn't get brltty for DOS to work, but other people have 
so I suggest he go back to the brltty list and see if he can't work with 
Samuel or others to get it fixed.
