We should drop it from there, too. Releasing it from two different
places would be a bad idea.

All the more reason to push on with the libgfs2 improvements :-) More
seriously, the dependency on libgfs2 isn't a huge problem so I could
work around it for now, but in the long term I'd still like to get
libgfs2 to the point where I can depend on it so you can expect to see
more patches from me on that front.

I'll post an updated patch so that you can review the build system
changes...
