[Container-tools] vagrant-sshfs pre-release testing

Please take a moment to test out the pre-release of the next version of vagrant-sshfs.

This version has the fixes for windows issues that we found right before the release of CDK 2.1.

Here is how to test:

vagrant plugin uninstall vagrant-sshfs
wget https://dustymabe.fedorapeople.org/gem/vagrant-sshfs-1.1.0.dev.gem
vagrant plugin install ./vagrant-sshfs-1.1.0.dev.gem
