[Crash-utility] analyze 32-bit core on 64-bit host ?

Just install a 32-bit crash. This should run on a 64-bit RHEL, too,
because crash has no large library dependencies that would prevent it
from working. Crash does not (yet) support cross-architecture
debugging.
