[dm-devel] [PATCH: multipath-tools]: pp_alua updates

Hi Christophe,

two more patches for pp_alua. The first ones just documentation and adapts 
the manpage to
the new callout name.



The second one removes bitfields in the SCSI structs. This didn't work on 
i386.
