[dm-devel] [PATCH v2] dm: add topology support



Use blk_stack_limits() to stack block limits (including topology) rather
than duplicate the equivalent within Device Mapper.

This patch depends on commit 77634f33d4078542cf1087995cced0ffdae25aa2
from linux-2.6-block +for-next
