Log message:
	Use AC_GNU_SOURCE for _GNU_SOURCE config.h define
	Try to use AC_SYS_LARGEFILE for large file support
	(comment out  AC_DEFINE(_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE)
	Add suppport for [--with-devmapper-event-prefix=PFX]
	Add DEVMAPPEREVENT_CFLAGS
