none. Filesystems modules are loaded when needed: for example,
when mount -t <filesystem type>, and <filesystem type> is not
currently supported. You can have a look to /proc/filesystems
to know which filesystems the kernel currently supports. If
you mount an supported but not loaded filesystem, the module
is loaded and then the filesystem appears in the list.

One more thing: to support filesystems compiled in modules
at boot time, you need an initrd (created first time by the
installer)
