Dear Randy,

Thanks for your reply.I have checked each and every possible cause(in the knowledgebase) of the shutdown problem but none is the cause.The only thing that matched was that I have installed a new software(i.e. Red Hat Linux 7.2) and when I remove it ,no shutdown problem.In the knowledgebase,it is also written to contact the manufacturer of the software,if after uninstalling the software,the problem disappears.
Can you tell me what to do now?
