I did a local run here as well, including the needsign repo; i386 and
EPEL5 only.

If we move all those into testing that I flagged as "/me votes for
moving it to testing" then we need to move
php-pear-File-SMBPasswd-1.0.2-1.el5.noarch.rpm  nikto-1.36-3.el5.noarch.rpm
as well, as they depend on packages being moved.
