broken deps in EPEL5 and fixing them (was Re: Plan for tomorrows (20070725) EPEL SIG meetin)

I am in the process of getting these deps fixed.  mhash and mcrypt have
been built, and php-extras that provides php-mhash and php-mcrypt is on
it's way.
