Updated to unified spec. EL4 does not have a docs package due to no sphinx.

 Markdown implementation in Python

Update Information:

New package:    This is a Python implementation of John Gruber's Markdown. It is
almost completely compliant with the reference implementation, though there are
a few known issues.
