I get into trouble to push build into epel

may you give me some clue ?

$ cvs co common
cvs checkout: Updating common
U common/Makefile.common
U common/branches
$ cd firebird/EL-4
$ make build
/usr/bin/plague-client build firebird firebird-2_1_2_18118_0-10_el4 el4
Error connecting to build server: '[Errno 111] Connection refused'
make: *** [plague] Erreur 1
