Why no EL-6 branch for ocaml

They haven't been branched for EPEL yet, they'll need a willing
victim^H^H^H^H^H^volunteer to maintain them for EPEL.

We are NOT automatically building them because it was felt that we
didn't want packages without active maintainers...
