Well answer myself:

appended:
%define _use_internal_dependency_generator 0

and en %prep:

cat << \EOF > %{name}-req
#!/bin/sh
%__find_requires  $* | sed -e '/GLIBC_PRIVATE/d'
EOF

%global __find_requires %{_builddir}/%{name}-%{version}/%{name}-req
chmod +x %{__find_requires}


If I am doing something wrong, please help me
