[et-mgmt-tools] There seems to be an issue with the 'file browse' button

The latest virt-manager version does not have a browser dialog for
remote systems yet.

The reason it likely cant find the media on the remote host is that the
media needs to be 'managed' by libvirt. If you are using an iso file,
you'll have to add the parent directory as libvirt storage pool.
