YES there was an -O Option in rc.sysinit and i removed that
Now i was rebooting comes an new Fault Message

Mounting local filesystems:   Usage: mount -V                : print version
 mount -h   : print this help
 anf other instructions in general

otherwise no changes ... still no ext3
