How do i tell what version of ext3 i am running?

I am using the lastest fsutils from sourceforge, and I installed the follow
kernel.
ftp://ftp.beta.redhat.com/pub/ext3/10-31-2000/i686/kernel-2.2.17-6.i686.rpm

nb... it's NOT the root filesystem..
