It work with no problem on my notebook with 2.4.4-ac9.

The   deb   packages  for   the   kernel   can  be   downloaded   from
http://dlux.sch.bme.hu/~dlux/deb.   The  kernel   also  contains   the
badram patch + the low-latency patch.
