Repeat the same patch command you used to apply, but with the -R
switch.  For example, if you applied the patch with:

  zcat ~/download/ext3-2.4-0.9.15-2414.gz | patch -p1

reverse it with:

  zcat ~/download/ext3-2.4-0.9.15-2414.gz | patch -p1 -R

Patches should be reversed in reverse order of application.
