fixed: sys_ftruncate call lasting 17 hours on ext3 filesystem from mutt



Thanks to Stephen for fixing this!  It is not in fact ext3-related but
I thought it would be a good idea to close out the conversation on
this list.

In the generic file mmap handling (/usr/src/linux-2.4.18-3/mm/filemap.c)
the low latency patches were not dealing with the case of a
partial truncate to a huge file that is already in cache.
A patch is available.
