Sure, but how can you tell? How can you tell what somebody might have done to get from point A) source rpms to point B) binary rpms wrapped up in an iso?

So, use of non-trusted buildsystems (ie, outside of normal Fedora infrastructure) are out of the question (if you want to call it Fedora)? I see a chicken-and-egg in there somewhere...
