To clarify, there actually haven't been very many discussions so far.  A
few update requests during the freeze, and that's about it.  What Bill
proposed would actually _be_ the first important discussion.

Everything of sufficient importance has so far been discussed in public
or at least disclosed to the public shortly thereafter.  Do not mistake
silence for a cabal.  Sometimes there just aren't any discussions going
on :).
