We keep Fedora up to date by means of the updates repo.  If the owners 
of the respin have an update to make, how does that work?  Is a respin 
always just a fixed point in time?  I know that a respin can use our own 
Updates repo (they would be smart to do so) but whatever makes their 
spin unique may also need updates.
