If we link to the fedoraproject.org page, rather than include it in the
package, it is fine.

To be crystal clear:

Thou shalt not mention 3rd party repositories inside any file which
lives in a Fedora package.

Codeina could say "look at this URL for other options", and point to
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/ThirdPartyRepositories

I'm pretty sure we cannot offer up a .xml file which configures livna
like you're describing.
