OK, Board had a discussion on this and agree that it's worthwhile for us
to pursue.  Consensus all around?

So, Patrick, let's get the mentoring org. application in ASAP; the doors
open tomorrow.  Catch me on #fedora-docs?  Or setup a time to meet on
IRC?

ISTR that the number of initial student slots is related to the number
of applications for the mentoring org.  This is why I've been working to
pump up the application count and quality, so we obtain and retain the
greatest number of slots.
