Thanks a lot, but I wasn't really asking for details from Red Hat
insiders. I am mostly asking non-core people for ideas on how to present
this change of policy to people.

I have absolutely no clue. My question is not really about "What
happened?" but about "How do you think we should explain this?" I'm not
nagging or teasing for more insider information.
