[Ambassadors] Sponsored Media

We're talking about the Sponsored Media project, in which people can
donate installation media for other people, who are on the waiting
list for free media. They can do so by paying 100 per cent or a
fraction of the cost of the actual media and/or shipping (domestic or
international).
