As long as active ambassasors report regularly their activities, you
don't need to mark them.
As long as inactive ambassadors are not showing their activities, they
can be considered as inactive.
But what for ?

I think that it is a waste of time to mark and unmark people to know
who is or who isn't. We have better things to do.
