[Ambassadors] FOSDEM UPDATE

FYI, as you already know the dev' room will be available only from 14:00.
Point is, there are still university lectures being taken until 14:00,
at which time we have all the rooms.

However we may start building up the booth around 13:00.

No guarantee for network before 15:00 though, on Saturday
