I think this is not necessary, we should avoid any form of elitism - we all 
are one Team. We have learned from the french team how to guide new 
Ambassadors with active help. 

Besides i am not good with this online discussions, i will concentrate me on 
the CLT event this weekend, where we have a booth - help is still welcome - 
there are another two wildcards for helping Personal.
