[Ambassadors] India FreeMedia Program

Hi India Ambassadors...

To give a fresh start with the new year to the FreeMedia program in India...
every month we are flooded with requests from India... there are many
ambassadors in India and if they can manage to accept only a few requests
every month we can make this program a success...

I have put a Distribution Team section from now on for every month whenever
you accept a request you can put your name in that month if it isn't already
there...
