[Ambassadors] EMEA, FOSDEM in February

Dear Frederic,
     Dear FOSDEM-Participants,

we have to accept that Frederic can't help us. 
But as more or less "some of you" know, we have to do some other tasks
regarding the EMEA NPO and imho it is IMPORTANT for us to have a
dedicated accomodation where we can have also non-FOSDEM discussions
etc.

So I like to ask all of you (around Bruxelles) who can help US to find a
place for FEDORA Ambassadors?!

Btw.: maybe other events are planned in another way and kind. But my
personal opinion is that this part should be planned by the local heros
around the event
