[Ambassadors] Fedora Project in Portugal

Yesterday I asked to be appointed as ambassador in Portugal with the aim of
creating a community in Portugal, where Fedora is very poorly known.
Living in Luxembourg, my collaboration will be my only online.
That's why, we need urgently contact the Portuguese ambassadors to begin the
