Sorry you can not ;( The Shipping costs across the World are to high and the 
Euro is to strong - there was a decission in the past to produce SWAG localy 
in the specific Areas. Add the production costs to Events in your Region

then FAmSCo can decide to give you a Budget to produce your own Shirts with a 
local Dealer.
