Ambassadors == tactical, day to day operations and planning, event 
organizing, resources, budget, etc.

Marketing == strategy, that is implemented by Ambassadors or other 
groups.

List traffic needs to be separated more or less based on this.  The 
manner in which that separation is done, I leave to others.
