Utah was very good to us last year, and I think it's proper that we have 
a presence there again this year.  Let's plan to use Q3 money for this, 
and let's plan to sort out the details of our Q3 money sometime in early 
September, once I have more details about what our budget will look like 
for the second half of the year.
