This program isn't officially launched yet and we (the ambassador
community) should set up a meeting to discuss launching it soon. There
is a lot of interest in participating in it around the world.

I'll task myself with organizing a meeting and announcing it so we can
talk about these issues. It has been on my to-do list for a while now.

We don't have funding or arrangements made for any swag currently. So
I don't know how this will shake out. We likely will regionalize it
and budget things for each region from that region's ambassador
funding I would guess. Maybe someone else has a different idea about
that?
