I think this mail was sent to people who haven't signed the CLA and
who weren't active for a long period.

This don't mean Inactive Ambassadors will be removed from the project,
but from the COUNTRY LIST.

If you have read past emails in this list and past FAmSCO IRC log, we
justified it because we received a lot of feedback from people who
were trying to get in contact with Ambassadors in Country List wiki
page and, without success, didn't receive any reply.

If you are an ambassadors (even if not active) you'll remain an
Ambassador, your name will not be shown in Ambassadors Country List,
that's all.
