[fedora-arm] problem with Cross-compiling ARM userland binaries

Don't you get an executable ELF file ./hello?  There should be no output 
on stderr or stdout unless there was a problem.

I have used those nice distro cross compilers on the kernel and 
bootloader sources and they have been very reliable.
